Terms & Conditions

We personally hand make all of our items and inspect them before carefully packaging them.  All sales are final.

Replacement items will be considered if your item arrives damaged, but inquiries must be placed with us within a week of your USPS delivery date.  Replacement items will be granted upon our receipt of the return shipment of the damaged items.  All shipping fees will be incurred by the buyer.

We think everything will be ok though.  We look forward to shipping you all of our favorite creations!
